Limbic kindling is a condition where either repeated neurological exposure to  a sub-threshold stimulus (i.e. one that does not produce problems), or a short-term high intensity stimulus (e.g. brain trauma), eventually leads to a persistent hypersensitivity to that stimulus. Kindling was originally discovered in 1967 by Graham Goddard while studying the effects of electrical stimulation of the amygdaloid complex in the brain on learning in rats.(1) Similar to the work of Eric Kandel , he found that long-term,  low intensity and  intermittent  electric shocks to their brains cau sed rats have spontaneous, epileptic-like seizures – even when no stimulation was given. 

In this month's insert to my electric bill, VEC in Tennessee was bragging about how they're rolling out fiber optic cable to provide broadband internet to rural areas. Why is an electric company providing broadband to anyone?   22,000 dollars per mile The bullshit continues...  They're using their right of way access to get the camel's nose under the tent; and they're trying to tell everyone they're doing it for benevolent reasons. Try not paying your electric bill and see how benevolent they are. Why aren't the rate payers questioning this?  It is a total ruse that they are using to lay the infrastructure for 5G (aka anti-life technology). They could be reducing our rates instead of squandering our money on new world order, population control technology. And they're not the only ones. The same ruse is being used in Virginia. This is by design, IMO. Sam's has wireless cash registers. There is a cell tower right near the store as well.  The radiation levels near those cash registers is measuring extremely high.
